Before the wedding industry, Shauna worked as a private investigator—a background that comes in surprisingly handy. She’s a natural problem solver with an eye for the little details and is usually thinking one step ahead.

TJ is the powerhouse Venue Manager behind Spring Creek Estates, known for her energy, attention to detail, and ability to keep wedding days running smoothly. From welcoming vendors and helping couples to solving whatever comes up along the way, she brings a calm, can-do attitude to every event.

Outside the venue, TJ stays just as busy with family life and being a mom.

Kailee is one of our wedding coordinators at Spring Creek Estates, helping couples feel supported and confident as their big day comes together. With a calm, organized approach, she helps keep timelines on track, details in place, and wedding days flowing smoothly.
